使用方法
Usage
稱取本品33.5g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水，加熱煮沸1分鐘以上使徹底溶解，分裝，121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘，滅菌結(jié)束后請搖勻以免瓊脂分布不均勻，備用。
Weigh 33.5g of this product into 1L of distilled water or deionized water, heat and boil for more than 1 minute to ensure complete dissolution, aliquot, sterilize at 121℃ for 15 minutes, and shake well after sterilization to avoid uneven agar distribution. Store for later use.
